A teaching, preaching, writing ministry seeking a resurgence of Biblical Truth in our day
Our world today has lost its moorings. Time-tested foundations that once stood have crumbled and fallen. Right is now called wrong, and even worse, wrong is now celebrated as right. Young people, at earlier and earlier ages, are exposed to unimaginable temptations. The home has been devastated. Marriage is not only no longer definable, it is deemed as unnecessary. Satan has blinded subsequent generations, leading them to march numbly to destruction. Even the church, it seems, has lost its way.
What has gone wrong?
What is missing?
It is the Truth!
Our world is literally perishing for a lack of the Truth.
In the Old Testament, we find God’s chosen nation in a similar state. God is dishonored as His own people plunge headlong into the vile ways of the pagan cultures around them. Even the temple is defiled in wicked acts. In the midst of such turmoil, a young king - Josiah - turns his heart toward God. He seeks to bring reform to the nation, leading them back to God. In the process of restoring the temple, “a book” is found. It was the long-neglected Word of God. King Josiah courageously seeks to uphold and apply the Word of God, to the glory of God Himself.
The Josiah Project is a teaching, preaching, writing ministry seeking a resurgence of Biblical Truth in our day. We believe the only hope for our kids, our marriages, our homes, our churches, our world -- is a solid turning to the truth of God’s Word. We know our only answer is the Savior of that Word, Jesus Christ. Our prayer is that, once again, God would be glorified and Jesus would be known, as we again find “a book.”
